Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 92

तत्त्वया न कृतं भद्रं तेन कर्म वितन्वता । अप्रमाणं कृता वेदा यतश्च स्मृतयस्तथा

Transliteration

tattvayā na kṛtaṃ bhadraṃ tena karma vitanvatā | apramāṇaṃ kṛtā vedā yataśca smṛtayastathā

Translation

Dengan engkau memperluas perbuatan itu, tiada kebaikan pun terhasil; kerana itu Veda—dan demikian juga Smṛti—telah dijadikan seolah-olah tiada wibawa, tidak lagi dapat dipercayai.
