ईदृक्षान्मनसस्तापात्तस्माच्छुद्धोऽसि लक्ष्मण । अपरं शृणु मे वाक्यं नास्ति दोषस्तवा नघ
īdṛkṣānmanasastāpāttasmācchuddho'si lakṣmaṇa | aparaṃ śṛṇu me vākyaṃ nāsti doṣastavā nagha
Oleh kerana kepedihan batin yang demikian, engkau pun telah disucikan, wahai Lakṣmaṇa. Kini dengarlah kata-kataku seterusnya: wahai yang tidak berdosa, tiada kesalahan padamu.
