सूत उवाच । सा तथेति प्रतिज्ञाय सव्रीडं तमुवाच ह । एहि वत्स कुरुष्व त्वं प्रायश्चित्तं विशुद्धये
sūta uvāca | sā tatheti pratijñāya savrīḍaṃ tamuvāca ha | ehi vatsa kuruṣva tvaṃ prāyaścittaṃ viśuddhaye
Sūta berkata: Dia pun berjanji, “Demikianlah,” lalu dengan malu yang sopan dia berkata kepadanya: “Marilah, wahai anak yang dikasihi; lakukanlah prāyaścitta (penebusan) demi penyucian yang sempurna.”
