Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 2

ततः प्रणम्य ता ऊचुः सर्वा दीनतरं वचः । वयं समागता देवि सर्वास्तव मखे यतः

tataḥ praṇamya tā ūcuḥ sarvā dīnataraṃ vacaḥ | vayaṃ samāgatā devi sarvāstava makhe yataḥ

Kemudian mereka semua menunduk sujud lalu berkata dengan penuh kerendahan: “Wahai Dewi, kami semua telah datang, kerana kami termasuk dalam yajña dan tata-ritus persembahan-Mu.”
