यस्मिन्दृष्टे तु लोकानां पापं याति दिनोद्भवम् । नते षाण्मासिकं चैव पूजिते वर्षसंभवम् । ऋषय ऊचुः । पिप्पलादेन यल्लिंगं स्थापितं सूतनन्दन । कंसारेश्वरमित्युक्तं कस्मात्तच्च ब्रवीहि नः
yasmindṛṣṭe tu lokānāṃ pāpaṃ yāti dinodbhavam | nate ṣāṇmāsikaṃ caiva pūjite varṣasaṃbhavam | ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | pippalādena yalliṃgaṃ sthāpitaṃ sūtanandana | kaṃsāreśvaramityuktaṃ kasmāttacca bravīhi naḥ
Dengan sekadar melihatnya, dosa harian manusia lenyap; dengan menunduk sujud kepadanya, dosa yang terkumpul selama enam bulan terhapus; dan dengan memujanya, dosa yang lahir sepanjang setahun pun tersingkir.
