कृष्णार्जुनौ तदा मर्त्ये द्वापरांते द्विजोत्तमाः । अवतीर्णो धरापृष्ठे मिथः स्नेहानुगौ तदा । नरनारायणावेतौ स्वयमेव व्यवस्थितौ
kṛṣṇārjunau tadā martye dvāparāṃte dvijottamāḥ | avatīrṇo dharāpṛṣṭhe mithaḥ snehānugau tadā | naranārāyaṇāvetau svayameva vyavasthitau
Wahai brahmana yang utama, pada penghujung zaman Dvāpara, Kṛṣṇa dan Arjuna turun menjelma ke alam fana di permukaan bumi, terikat oleh kasih sayang antara satu sama lain. Kedua-duanya—Nara dan Nārāyaṇa—pun terserlah dan berdiri dengan kehendak-Nya sendiri.
