sarvametajjagaddhātrī janma cakre dharātale | mahiṣāsuranāśāya sā ca kātyāyanī bhuvi

Translation

Ibu Alam Semesta itu juga telah mengambil kelahiran di bumi dalam segala cara ini; dan demi memusnahkan Mahiṣāsura, Baginda menjadi Kātyāyanī di dunia.
