ततश्च गर्हयामास स्त्रीणां जन्म महामुनिः । तस्मिन्पीठे समासाद्य दुःखेन महताऽन्वितः
tataśca garhayāmāsa strīṇāṃ janma mahāmuniḥ | tasminpīṭhe samāsādya duḥkhena mahatā'nvitaḥ
Kemudian sang mahāmuni mula mencela bahkan kelahiran sebagai wanita. Setelah sampai ke pīṭha yang suci itu, dia diliputi dukacita yang amat mendalam.
