ततश्च समतिक्रांते मासमात्रे द्विजोत्तमाः । तादृग्रूपः स संजातो यादृगासीत्पुरा स्मरः
tataśca samatikrāṃte māsamātre dvijottamāḥ | tādṛgrūpaḥ sa saṃjāto yādṛgāsītpurā smaraḥ
Kemudian, apabila genap hanya sebulan berlalu, wahai yang terbaik antara yang dua kali lahir, dia pun memperoleh rupa yang sama seperti Smara (Kāma) pada zaman dahulu.
