ततस्तत्र पुरे जाता मर्यादा धर्मवर्द्धिनी । सर्वकृत्येषु सर्वेषां तथा वृद्धिः पुरस्य च
tatastatra pure jātā maryādā dharmavarddhinī | sarvakṛtyeṣu sarveṣāṃ tathā vṛddhiḥ purasya ca
Kemudian di kota itu lahirlah suatu tatanan dan batas suci yang wajar, yang menumbuhkan dharma. Dalam segala urusan, semua orang makmur, dan kota itu sendiri pun turut berkembang.
