King (rājā)
Tirtha: Garttātīrtha (contextual)
Type: tirtha
Scene: A didactic moment: the king affirms that by following the counsel of the appointed brāhmaṇas, all aims will be fulfilled and a fourfold-founded renown will arise; symbolic depiction of four pillars supporting a temple or city.
Right counsel aligned with dharma produces stability (pratiṣṭhā) and flourishing for people and place.
The verse continues the Garttātīrtha/pura prosperity narrative in Nāgarakhaṇḍa, though the tīrtha is not named in this line.
No single rite is named; the instruction is to conduct all affairs according to the brāhmaṇas’ dharmic guidance.
