तपःस्थः सोऽपि तत्रैव वाल्मीकिरिति यः स्मृतः

tapaḥsthaḥ so'pi tatraiva vālmīkiriti yaḥ smṛtaḥ

Dan beliau juga tetap tinggal di situ, teguh dalam tapa—dialah yang dikenang dengan nama Vālmīki.
