मया कर्म कृतं निंद्यं सदैव द्विजसत्तमाः । स्त्रियोऽपि च द्विजेंद्राश्च तापसाश्च विशेषतः

mayā karma kṛtaṃ niṃdyaṃ sadaiva dvijasattamāḥ | striyo'pi ca dvijeṃdrāśca tāpasāśca viśeṣataḥ

Wahai yang terbaik dalam kalangan dwija (dua kali lahir)! Aku telah melakukan perbuatan yang tercela—terhadap wanita, terhadap para brāhmaṇa yang utama, dan terutama terhadap para pertapa.
