तेन मह्यं वरो दत्तो वांछितो द्विजसत्तमाः । गृहीतो न मयाद्यापि प्रार्थयिष्यामि सांप्रतम्
tena mahyaṃ varo datto vāṃchito dvijasattamāḥ | gṛhīto na mayādyāpi prārthayiṣyāmi sāṃpratam
Maka, wahai yang terbaik antara kaum dwija, kurnia yang kuingini telah dianugerahkan kepadaku. Namun aku belum menerimanya; kini aku akan memohon permintaanku.
