Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 62

यथायथा प्रयुञ्जीरन्होमांते सुसमा हिताः । तथातथास्य भूपस्य वृद्धिं रोगः प्रगच्छति

yathāyathā prayuñjīranhomāṃte susamā hitāḥ | tathātathāsya bhūpasya vṛddhiṃ rogaḥ pragacchati

Namun, sebagaimana mereka terus melaksanakan upacara—tersusun rapi—pada penutup homa, demikian juga penyakit raja itu semakin maju dan bertambah parah.
