तस्य राज्ञो न बाधंते तथा चोपद्रवास्त्वमी । निरीतिको जनो ह्यासीन्निरुपद्रव एव च
tasya rājño na bādhaṃte tathā copadravāstvamī | nirītiko jano hyāsīnnirupadrava eva ca
Tiada kesusahan menimpa raja itu, dan bencana pun tidak timbul. Rakyat bebas daripada wabak dan ketakutan, serta hidup tenteram tanpa gangguan.
