ऋषय ऊचुः । हत्वा तु तारकं युद्धे कुमारेण महात्मना । अत ऊर्ध्वं कथ्यतां भोः किं कृतं महदद्भुतम्
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | hatvā tu tārakaṃ yuddhe kumāreṇa mahātmanā | ata ūrdhvaṃ kathyatāṃ bhoḥ kiṃ kṛtaṃ mahadadbhutam
Para resi berkata: “Setelah Kumāra yang berhati agung menewaskan Tāraka dalam peperangan, ceritakanlah kepada kami, wahai tuan—apakah keajaiban besar yang terjadi sesudah itu?”
