Type: kshetra
Scene: Viśvakarmā, radiant and tool-bearing, surveys the Kedāra landscape and ‘unfolds’ multiple shrines and dwellings across ridges and valleys, each placed where it naturally belongs; pilgrims and attendants appear as small figures amid newly formed mandiras.
Dharma expresses itself through order and appropriateness—each being is provided a suitable place within a sacred event.
The Kedāra sacred environment is the setting; the verse underscores the expansion of mandiras within that holy precinct.
None explicit; it narrates the systematic preparation of mandiras for participants.
