Scene: Indra (Vāsava) stands amid agitated devas; a sage-like figure speaks of how his words made others ‘vipakṣa’; in the background, Tvaṣṭṛ fashions an illusory construct—glowing, schematic, like a yantra made of light.
Words and intentions can reshape alliances; māyā can be an instrument within cosmic order when guided by a higher purpose.
No single tirtha is named in this verse; it remains within the Kedārakhaṇḍa Himalayan narrative frame.
