विपक्षा हि कृताः सर्वे मम वाक्याच्च वासव । हेतुं स्मृत्वाथ वै त्वष्टा मायया ह्यकरोदिदम्
vipakṣā hi kṛtāḥ sarve mama vākyācca vāsava | hetuṃ smṛtvātha vai tvaṣṭā māyayā hyakarodidam
Wahai Vāsava (Indra), sesungguhnya mereka semua telah dijadikan pihak lawan kerana kata-kataku. Kemudian, mengingati sebabnya, Tvaṣṭṛ membentuk hal ini dengan māyā.
