बटुरूपधरः श्रीशो द्विभुजः कमलेक्षमः । अतसीपुष्पसंकाशो वनमालाविभूषितः

baṭurūpadharaḥ śrīśo dvibhujaḥ kamalekṣamaḥ | atasīpuṣpasaṃkāśo vanamālāvibhūṣitaḥ

Tuhan Śrī, Śrīśa, menampakkan diri dengan mengambil rupa seorang anak brahmacārin. Bertangan dua, bermata teratai, bersinar laksana bunga atasī, serta berhias dengan kalungan bunga rimba.
