तस्मादेतद्विभागेन शिवपूजनार्चनं बुधैः । कर्त्वयं निपुणत्वेन तीर्थस्नानादिकं तथा

Transliteration

tasmādetadvibhāgena śivapūjanārcanaṃ budhaiḥ | kartvayaṃ nipuṇatvena tīrthasnānādikaṃ tathā

Translation

Oleh itu, orang bijaksana hendaklah melaksanakan pemujaan dan arcanā kepada Śiva menurut perincian ini; dan demikian juga, dengan penuh ketelitian, hendaklah menunaikan mandi di tīrtha serta upacara-upacara yang berkaitan.
