शिवो दाता हि लोकानां कर्ता चैवानुमोदिता । शिवशक्त्यात्मकं विश्वं जानीध्वं हि द्विजोत्तमाः
śivo dātā hi lokānāṃ kartā caivānumoditā | śivaśaktyātmakaṃ viśvaṃ jānīdhvaṃ hi dvijottamāḥ
Śiva sesungguhnya pemberi kepada segala alam, juga pelaku dan yang memberi perkenan. Ketahuilah, wahai yang terbaik antara yang dua-kali-lahir, bahawa jagat ini bersifat Śiva dan Śakti.
