liṃgasvarūpamadhyastho bhagavānbhūtabhāvanaḥ | sarvaiḥ suragaṇaiḥ sākaṃ babhāṣedaṃ ramāpatiḥ
Bersemayam di tengah-tengah rupa Liṅga itu sendiri, Tuhan Yang Terberkati—pemelihara segala makhluk—bersama seluruh bala tentera dewa, mengucapkan kata-kata ini; demikianlah ujar Viṣṇu, suami Ramā (Lakṣmī).
Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa) narrating; the immediate speaker in-scene is Viṣṇu (Ramāpati)
Tirtha: Kedāra/Kedāranātha
Type: kshetra
Scene: Inside a sanctum-like space, a radiant liṅga stands central; the Lord is envisioned as abiding within it. Viṣṇu (Ramāpati) addresses the gathered gods, indicating a moment of sacred counsel before the liṅga.
The Supreme is present in the sacred Liṅga-form, and divine speech arises from reverence toward that form.
Kedāra (Kedārakhaṇḍa context), where the Liṅga’s greatness is celebrated as part of the sthala-māhātmya.
No explicit rite is prescribed here; the emphasis is on praise (stuti) and recognition of the Liṅga’s sanctity.
