Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 9
शरणं ते प्रपन्नास्मि दासी कर्मकरी तव । महाजिह्वेति मां विद्धि राक्षसीं कामरूपिणीम्
śaraṇaṃ te prapannāsmi dāsī karmakarī tava | mahājihveti māṃ viddhi rākṣasīṃ kāmarūpiṇīm
Aku datang berlindung kepada tuanku. Aku ini hamba perempuanmu, pekerja yang berkhidmat kepadamu. Ketahuilah aku sebagai Mahājihvā—seorang rākṣasī yang mampu menjelma rupa sesuka hati.
