Tentang batas kemampuan, diajarkan syair ini: setelah keluarga diberi makan dan pakaian, apa yang berlebih hendaklah didermakan. Sedap pada awalnya seperti madu tetapi kemudian menjadi racun—demikianlah ‘sedekah’ si pemberi apabila dharma dilakukan dengan cara yang memudaratkan kewajipan yang wajar.
