मेढीभूतः समस्तस्य ज्योतिश्चक्रस्य वै ध्रुवः । ध्रुवोऽपि शिंशुमारस्य पुच्छाधारे व्यवस्थितः
meḍhībhūtaḥ samastasya jyotiścakrasya vai dhruvaḥ | dhruvo'pi śiṃśumārasya pucchādhāre vyavasthitaḥ
Dhruva sesungguhnya telah menjadi paksi bagi seluruh roda cahaya (sfera langit). Dhruva pula bersemayam pada penopang hujung ekor Śiṃśumāra (lumba-lumba kosmik).
