प्रत्ययुध्यंतं दैत्येंद्रेः साध्याश्च वसुभिः सह । ततो बहुविधं युद्धं कालनेमिर्विधायच
pratyayudhyaṃtaṃ daityeṃdreḥ sādhyāśca vasubhiḥ saha | tato bahuvidhaṃ yuddhaṃ kālanemirvidhāyaca
Para Sādhyas bersama para Vasus melawan balas terhadap penguasa kaum Daitya. Kemudian Kālanemi pula menggerakkan peperangan yang beraneka ragam, dengan pelbagai helah dan siasat.
