चक्राहतः संयति दानवश्च पपात भूमौ प्रममार चापि । दैत्याश्च शेषा भृशशौकमापुः क्रोधं च केचित्पिपिषुर्भुजांश्च
cakrāhataḥ saṃyati dānavaśca papāta bhūmau pramamāra cāpi | daityāśca śeṣā bhṛśaśaukamāpuḥ krodhaṃ ca kecitpipiṣurbhujāṃśca
Dipukul cakra dalam pertempuran, dānava itu rebah ke bumi lalu mati. Para daitya yang tinggal dilanda dukacita yang amat—sementara sebahagian, kerana murka, menggigit lengan mereka sendiri.
