इत्थं दधीचिनाख्यातं जग्राह वचनं न तत् । दक्षो दक्षोपि तत्रैव शंभोर्माया विमोहितः
itthaṃ dadhīcinākhyātaṃ jagrāha vacanaṃ na tat | dakṣo dakṣopi tatraiva śaṃbhormāyā vimohitaḥ
Walaupun telah dinasihati demikian oleh Dadhīci, Dakṣa tidak menerima kata-kata itu; bahkan Dakṣa yang cekap, di tempat itu juga, telah diperdaya oleh māyā Śambhu (Śiva).
