राज्ञ्युवाच । अवधेहि धरानाथ कथयामि यथातथम् । व्रतस्यास्य विधानं च फलं चाभीष्टदेवताम्

rājñyuvāca | avadhehi dharānātha kathayāmi yathātatham | vratasyāsya vidhānaṃ ca phalaṃ cābhīṣṭadevatām

Permaisuri berkata: “Dengarlah, wahai tuan penguasa bumi; akan aku ceritakan sebagaimana adanya—tatacara nazar ini dan buahnya, yang menuntun kepada dewa pujaan yang dihajati.”
