Demikian setelah menerima niyama (disiplin), pada malam hari hendaklah tidur sambil mengingati Yang Mulia serta tatacara upacaranya. Pada pagi hari bangun, orang bijaksana melaksanakan kewajipan harian yang perlu menurut tertib yang sewajarnya.
