Skanda Purana — Kashi Khanda, Shloka 65

शिवस्य परिपुष्टांगाः स्पर्शनीया न साधुभिः । तेन कर्मविपाकेन ततस्ते रौरवौकसः

śivasya paripuṣṭāṃgāḥ sparśanīyā na sādhubhiḥ | tena karmavipākena tataste rauravaukasaḥ

Mereka yang menjadi ‘subur’ tubuhnya kerana milik Śiva tidak wajar disentuh oleh orang soleh. Dengan masaknya buah karma itu, mereka kemudian menjadi penghuni Raurava (alam neraka).
