Di sebelah utara berdiri liṅga Purūraveśvara. Hendaklah diziarahi dengan bersungguh-sungguh, kerana ia mengurniakan buah empat tujuan hidup: dharma, artha, kāma dan mokṣa.

Kāśī’s liṅgas are portrayed as complete spiritual supports, capable of granting all puruṣārthas culminating in mokṣa.
