लक्ष्मीशे न वरो मह्यमेष देयोऽविचारतः । नान्यं वरं समीहेहं भक्तिं च त्वपदांबुजे
lakṣmīśe na varo mahyameṣa deyo'vicārataḥ | nānyaṃ varaṃ samīhehaṃ bhaktiṃ ca tvapadāṃbuje
Wahai Lakṣmīśa, inilah satu-satunya kurnia bagiku; berikanlah tanpa ragu. Aku tidak menginginkan kurnia lain; aku hanya mendamba bhakti pada teratai kaki-Mu.

Tirtha: Pañcanada-hrada
Type: kund
Listener: Frame-audience
Scene: The sage rejects all other gifts with a calm, resolute expression, hands folded, eyes fixed on Viṣṇu’s feet; Viṣṇu’s lotus-feet glow, suggesting the ‘caraṇāravinda’ focus.
The greatest boon is unwavering bhakti—devotion surpasses all worldly gifts and even frames the path to liberation.
The verse itself is boon-focused; within the chapter, the request is tied to Viṣṇu’s presence at Pañcanada Hrada in Kāśī.
No ritual is specified; the “prescription” is devotional orientation—seeking refuge at the Lord’s lotus-feet.
