Transliteration

gotilāṃśca turaṃgāṃśca vikretāraṃ dvijādhamam | mātulānyāḥ surāyāśca vikretāraṃ halāyudha

Translation

Dan wahai Halāyudha, hukumlah brahmana hina yang menjual lembu, bijan dan kuda; dan hukumlah juga penjual surā, arak yang memabukkan.
