नातितृप्तः क्षुधार्तो न न विण्मूत्रप्रबाधितः । नाध्वखिन्नो न चिंतार्तो योगं युंजीत योगवित्
nātitṛptaḥ kṣudhārto na na viṇmūtraprabādhitaḥ | nādhvakhinno na ciṃtārto yogaṃ yuṃjīta yogavit
Orang yang mengetahui yoga hendaklah beramal yoga ketika tidak terlalu kenyang, tidak diseksa lapar; tidak terganggu oleh hajat buang air besar atau kecil; tidak letih kerana perjalanan, dan tidak resah kerana kebimbangan.
