Transliteration

caredātmasahāyaśca nirapekṣo nirāśrayaḥ | nityamadhyātmanirato nīcakeśa nakho vaśī

Translation

Dia hendaklah hidup dengan Ātman sebagai satu-satunya sahabat—tanpa bergantung dan tanpa bersandar pada orang lain—sentiasa tekun dalam amalan adhyātma, berambut dan berkuku pendek, serta mengawal diri.
