Transliteration

brahmalokastu lokānāṃ sarveṣāmuttamo yathā | saritāṃ sarasāṃ vāpi variṣṭhā jāhnavī tathā

Translation

Sebagaimana Brahmaloka ialah yang paling utama antara semua loka, demikian juga Jāhnavī (Gangga) adalah yang paling mulia antara sungai-sungai, bahkan antara tasik dan kolam.
