संप्रधार्येति स विभुः सर्वतश्चित्स्वरूपया । तया सह जगद्धात्र्या जगद्धाताऽथ धूर्जटिः
saṃpradhāryeti sa vibhuḥ sarvataścitsvarūpayā | tayā saha jagaddhātryā jagaddhātā'tha dhūrjaṭiḥ
Setelah menetapkan demikian, Tuhan Yang Maha Meliputi, Dhūrjaṭi (Śiva)—penyangga segala alam—bersama Jagadambā, Ibu Alam yang hakikatnya Kesedaran murni pada segala sisi, pun mulai bertindak untuk menyusun tertib penciptaan.
Skanda (deduced for Kāśīkhaṇḍa context)
Tirtha: Kāśī
Type: kshetra
Listener: Ṛṣis (e.g., Śaunaka and others)
Scene: Śiva Dhūrjaṭi, serene and all-pervading, stands with the World-Mother (Śakti) as luminous pure Consciousness; the cosmos is poised for ordering, with subtle emanations beginning to stir.
All sacred order and creation are grounded in Śiva united with Śakti, whose essence is pure Consciousness.
The verse occurs in Kāśīkhaṇḍa, aligning the teaching with Kāśī’s vision of Śiva-Śakti as the spiritual foundation of the city’s sanctity.
No explicit rite is prescribed in this verse; it presents a theological foundation (Śiva-Śakti and cit).
