Skanda (quoting Śruti/mantra; deduced for Kāśīkhaṇḍa context)
Scene: A sanctified Kāśī household/āśrama space with a circular gārhapatya fire altar; a priest recites while offerings are made; the fire is personified as a dignified ‘Gṛhapati’ bestowing golden radiance and prosperity.
Agni as Gṛhapati embodies ordered household dharma—prosperity and spiritual radiance arise from honoring the sacred fire with mantra.
No single tīrtha is named in the verse; it appears within the Kāśīkhaṇḍa’s Kāśī-centered narrative.
Invocation of the Gārhapatya (domestic) fire through a Śruti-mantra, seeking wealth, progeny, and dīpti (splendor).
