दक्षिणस्य समुद्रस्य तीरे चक्रे तदोत्तरे । ततो देव्यनुशिष्टास्ते देवाः शक्रपुरोगमाः

dakṣiṇasya samudrasya tīre cakre tadottare | tato devyanuśiṣṭāste devāḥ śakrapurogamāḥ

Baginda mendirikannya di bahagian utara pesisir lautan selatan. Kemudian para dewa itu—dipimpin oleh Śakra (Indra)—bertindak menurut ajaran dan titah Sang Dewi.
