यत्नेन महता चायं चालयन्नपि मारुतिः । नालं चालयितुं ह्यासीत्सैकतं लिंगमोजसा

yatnena mahatā cāyaṃ cālayannapi mārutiḥ | nālaṃ cālayituṃ hyāsītsaikataṃ liṃgamojasā

Walaupun Māruti mengerah usaha yang amat besar untuk menggerakkannya, namun dengan segala kekuatannya sekalipun, baginda tidak mampu mengalih liṅga yang diperbuat daripada pasir itu walau sedikit pun.
