Munis (Sages)
Tirtha: Pampā–Kiṣkindhā kṣetra (implied)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Rāma slays the monstrous Kabandha; Śabarī, aged devotee, worships Rāma’s feet with simple forest offerings; Rāma and Sugrīva clasp hands in alliance; Vāli falls struck by Rāma’s arrow from concealment, with moral gravity.
Bhakti is honored regardless of social status (Śabarī), and dharma advances through righteous alliances and courageous action.
The Setu Māhātmya section frames these episodes as part of the sacred lead-up to Setu/Rāmeśvaram.
No formal rite is prescribed; Śabarī’s worship (pūjā) is referenced as devotional practice.
