Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 11

ततः पराजये कृत्वा दासीभावं पणं मिथः । व्यतिष्ठेतां महाभागे सपत्न्यौ ते द्विजोत्तमाः

tataḥ parājaye kṛtvā dāsībhāvaṃ paṇaṃ mithaḥ | vyatiṣṭhetāṃ mahābhāge sapatnyau te dvijottamāḥ

Kemudian, dengan menjadikan keadaan menjadi hamba perempuan sebagai taruhan jika kalah, wahai brāhmaṇa yang mulia, kedua madu itu pun bersepakat atas pertaruhan tersebut.
