Type: kund
Scene: Rāma stands poised, the bow-tip striking the ground; the earth splits open toward nether realms, suggesting Rasātala; a subtle aura indicates Gaṅgā remembered in mind.
Smaraṇa (remembrance) of Gaṅgā is portrayed as spiritually potent, aligning mind, devotion, and sacred manifestation.
Koṭitīrtha—its water-source is being opened by piercing the earth while invoking Gaṅgā.
No explicit prescription; the verse implies invoking Gaṅgā mentally as part of sanctifying the water for worship.
