ततः प्रोवाच तं कंसं वसुदेवः स सांत्वयन् । वसुदेव उवाच । अस्यां प्रसूतान्दास्यामि तुभ्यं कंस सुतानहम्
tataḥ provāca taṃ kaṃsaṃ vasudevaḥ sa sāṃtvayan | vasudeva uvāca | asyāṃ prasūtāndāsyāmi tubhyaṃ kaṃsa sutānaham
Kemudian Vasudeva, untuk menenangkan hatinya, berkata kepada Kaṃsa. Vasudeva bersabda: “Wahai Kaṃsa, anak-anak lelaki yang lahir daripadanya akan aku serahkan kepadamu.”
