आचम्य च ततः कुर्यात्प्राज्ञो द्वारावलोकनम् । मुहूर्तस्याष्टमं भागमुदीक्षेतातिथिं ततः

ācamya ca tataḥ kuryātprājño dvārāvalokanam | muhūrtasyāṣṭamaṃ bhāgamudīkṣetātithiṃ tataḥ

Sesudah berācaman untuk penyucian, orang bijaksana hendaklah memandang ke arah pintu. Ia menunggu selama seperlapan muhūrta, kemudian menantikan kedatangan tetamu.
