एकादशसमा ये च बहिर्ग्रामे वसंति ते । एवं भेदाः समभवन्नाना मोढद्विजन्मनाम् । युगानुसारात्कालेन ज्ञातीनां च वृषस्य वा

ekādaśasamā ye ca bahirgrāme vasaṃti te | evaṃ bhedāḥ samabhavannānā moḍhadvijanmanām | yugānusārātkālena jñātīnāṃ ca vṛṣasya vā

Mereka yang tinggal di luar kampung selama sebelas tahun—demikianlah timbul pelbagai perbezaan dalam kalangan Moḍha yang dwija. Menurut susunan yuga dan perjalanan masa, perbezaan juga muncul antara kaum kerabat, bahkan pada jalur keturunan (vṛṣa).
