Transliteration

varṣevarṣe prakarttavyaṃ balidānaṃ yathāvidhi | kāryaṃ ca maṃgalasnānaṃ puruṣeṇa mahātmanā

Translation

Tahun demi tahun, persembahan bali hendaklah dilakukan menurut aturan; dan insan yang berjiwa agung itu juga patut melaksanakan mandi bertuah (maṅgala-snana).
