सुप्रसन्नः सुरश्रेष्ठः कृपालुर्वरदायकः । तदा हृष्टमना देवो देवेन्द्रमिदमूचिवान्
suprasannaḥ suraśreṣṭhaḥ kṛpālurvaradāyakaḥ | tadā hṛṣṭamanā devo devendramidamūcivān
Pada saat itu Dewa—yang termulia dalam kalangan para dewa, amat berkenan, penuh belas kasihan dan penganugerah kurnia—menjadi sangat gembira. Dengan hati yang bersukacita, Baginda bertitah kata-kata ini kepada Devendra (Indra).
